Our Facility

Dr. Robert Ford is a graduate of Marquette University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.  After completing the U.S. Naval Nuclear Power training program, he served as an officer in the U.S. Naval Submarine Service for six years.

He graduated from the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 1981 and completed the postgraduate program in Orthodontics at the University of California, San Francisco, in 1984.  Dr. Ford has been in the exclusive practice of orthodontics since 1984.

Dr. Ford is a member of The American Association of Orthodontists as well as all local, state, and national dental and orthodontic associations.  In addition to his dental license, Dr. Ford is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Quality Assurance and Reliability Engineering.

Dr. Ford and his wife, Kay, have two married sons and a grandson.  He enjoys boating and snow skiing.

Our Staff

We are very proud of our staff.  The entire staff are state certified orthodontic assistants.  Most have been with Dr. Ford for over 10 years.  Several were patients as teenagers and had such a positive experience, they came to work here.

Braces

We offer a wide variety of braces. They include low-profile silver, clear, Invisalign®, Invisalign Teen®, fast acting, and rapid acting treatment.

Modern Treatment Philosophy

We use the latest technology and the highest quality appliances in our patient care. The results are more comfortable visits, longer intervals between visits and shorter treatment time. We DO NOT recycle braces and we do not use headgear as there are more modern appliances.

Insurance

We gladly accept most insurances.  However, there are countless agreements between insurance companies and patients, and each contract provides a different benefit.

Financial Arrangements

We offer a variety of ways to help make treatment affordable.  These include Chase Health Advance, Care Credit, in-office financing, and payment in full with a discount.  We also accept most major credit cards.
